考夫曼怀特沙门菌属诊断抗原表

O组抗原被编号为                                   1-67
血清群组A-Z代表整个沙门菌属群，以共享通用抗原为基础，超过51种     
H组抗原被划分为                           a-z + z1,       z2 ect       
Vi抗原是一种可能隐藏在O组和H组里的荚膜型抗原. 具有Vi抗原的沙门菌属不会在O型诊断血清里凝集。

生研 以世卫组织合作中心的推荐为基础来参考和研究沙门菌属，不再使用以字母顺序排列的O组划分名称 

Kauffman-White Salmonella  Antigenic Scheme

O- groups antigens are numbered   1-67
Serogroups represent the  organization of   Salmonella strains based on shared            A-Z and common antigens      51+over     
H-groups antigens are designated  a-z + z1,       z2 ect       
Vi- antigens are a capsular antigen that may mask O and H groups. Salmonella having the Vi antigen will not agglutinate  in O antisera.

Denka-Seiken based on recommendations from the WHO Collaborating Center for Reference and Research on Salmonella,  no longer uses the alphabetical designations for O groupings
