注意事项

当H诊断血清含有叠氮化钠时不能用于相诱导

沙门氏菌的H血清在诱导期不含防腐剂，因此所有过程需要无菌操作。

Precautions

As the H-antisera contain sodium azide they cannot be used for phase induction

Salmonella H-Sera for Phase induction contain no preservative, thus all manipulations should be conducted aseptically

保存

不要冷藏，因为诊断血清在冷冻解冻后可能会产生沉淀物

将试剂存放在2-10ºC下直到标签上的失效日期

Storage

Do not Freeze as freezing of antisera may produce a precipitate after thawing

Store the reagent at 2-10ºC up to the expiration date on the label

保质期

生产后2年
如果出现沉淀，使用前先过滤或用离心机分离

Shelf Life

2 years after production
Filter or centrifuge before using if precipitate is seen

2～5 ml小瓶装不等

Format

 Varies from   2 or 5 ml vials

Vi抗原检测

荚膜型抗原可能会伪装成体细胞抗原反应

如果所有的多价O型诊断血清测试为阴性则能与Vi诊断血清相区分

当在Vi诊断血清里得到一个阳性反应
将细胞悬浊液在100ºC下加热1小时，然后重复测定多价O型和Vi型.
如果O多价目前是阳性，Vi是阴性，那么这将会被视为S分型
如果O多价仍为阴性，Vi为阳性，则组织液可能不是沙门菌属并建议复验试验隔离

Vi Antigen Determination

This is a capsular antigen that can mask reaction of the somatic antigen

If all the Polyvalent O antisera are negative test isolate with Vi antisera

When a positive is obtained with the Vi antisera
heat cell suspension at 100ºC for 1 hr and repeat with Poly O and Vi.
If Poly O is now positive and Vi is now negative this should be regarded as S. typhi
If Poly O remains negative and Vi Positive, the organism may not be Salmonella and retesting the test isolate is recommended
